Terms of Service
1. The service
The Business Radar provides research and commercial-intelligence support. Business Radar is offered as two paid subscriptions: Intelligence Radar, a personalised report every Monday with matched opportunities and urgent alerts when material, and Sales Radar, which adds three researched prospects a week and prepared outreach for you to send. Every paid report is reviewed by our team before delivery. Tenders Radar and Jobs Radar are free directories that summarise publicly available opportunities. THE WEEK AHEAD is a free general one-page Sunday briefing and remains separate from the paid services.
2. Subscription and payment
Intelligence Radar is P499 per month. Sales Radar is P999 per month for the first three calendar months from activation (founding price for new clients), then P1,499 per month only after advance notice and your agreement. Submitting the onboarding form is an enquiry only: it does not start a subscription or create a charge. We review your enquiry, confirm the plan, price and manual payment with you, and then activate your service, starting no earlier than 1 November 2026, Botswana time. We do not charge automatically. Both plans operate month to month and may be cancelled before the next billing period.
3. Sales Radar responsibilities
The Business Radar never contacts prospects, sends messages or makes sales calls on your behalf. Sales Radar provides research, sales strategy and prepared outreach. The customer remains responsible for sending messages, making calls, attending meetings, issuing quotations, negotiating and closing sales. Sales Radar identifies and assesses prospects and recommends how to approach them. It does not guarantee meetings, quotations, contracts or sales.
4. No guarantee of outcomes
We identify, assess and explain opportunities. We do not guarantee contracts, tenders, appointments, sales or any commercial result. You remain responsible for verifying eligibility, making commercial decisions and submitting applications or bids.
5. Accuracy of information
Listings and briefs may draw on official and third-party sources. Deadlines, requirements and amendments must always be confirmed against the official source before you act.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the website and your brief for your own business purposes. Automated scraping, bulk redistribution and resale of our content are not permitted.
